Terms and Conditions for In-Person Group Dog Training Classes

1. Registration and Payment:

   • Participants must register through the official website of Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center and pay the applicable fee in full prior to the commencement of the course. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.

2. Class Schedule and Location:

   • Participants will be informed of the class schedule and location details via email at least three days before the start of the course. It is the responsibility of the participant to arrive on time and at the correct location for each session.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the class start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date will not be eligible for a refund. Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled or alternative class.

4. Participant Conduct:

   • Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive environment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund. It is crucial that all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the trainers are followed during the class.

5. Course Materials:

   • Any course materials provided during the class are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center.

6. Liability Waiver:

   • Participants agree to waive any claims against Chicago Pet Services, Inc. and its employees for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in the class, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the organization.

7. Privacy Policy:

   • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the class and will not be disclosed to any third parties, except as required by law. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy on our website.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

   • Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the class after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
