Found Chicago provides bedding, toys, and bowls for all dogs in our care. Please leave personal bedding and items at home.
Rates & Program Details
Regular Boarding Rate: $100.00 per night (Beginning 2/1/2026)
Special Handling Requirement: $20 per night
Daily socialization and structured exercise are included for all boarding dogs. During their stay, dogs participate in our Daycare 2.0 program, ensuring continued enrichment, structured activity, and training reinforcement.
Feeding & Medication
Owners are encouraged to bring their dog’s regular food to avoid dietary issues. If food is needed, it may be purchased through our sister store, Mojo. (mojodogco.com)
Medication administration is provided at no additional cost. If your dog requires injectable medications or specialized medical care, please notify us at the time of booking.

Potty Schedule & Late Pick-Up Availability
Consistent potty routines are an important part of our care standards. Standard potty breaks are completed by 10:00 p.m.
Late-night potty breaks may be accommodated as late as 12:00 a.m. with prior approval and special accommodations.
Late pick-up is available by special request and must be arranged in advance. Approval is based on staffing availability and operational capacity. Additional fees may apply.​​

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. However, if you need to cancel an existing boarding reservation, we require at least 72 hours’ notice. All clients are required to have a credit card on file. Cancellations made without the required notice will result in a $75.00 fee, equivalent to one night of boarding.
Late Pick-Up Fee
All boarding pets receive complimentary dog socialization or individual playtime on the morning of check-out. Please note that a $25.00 late pick-up fee applies to any pets departing after 12:00 p.m. on their scheduled check-out date. Late pick-up fees are waived on Sundays.
Holiday Reservation Deposit
Boarding reservations that fall over Thanksgiving or Christmas require a 25% deposit of the total reservation cost, due at the time of booking confirmation.
