Boarding

Check-in & Check-Out

Boarding Check-in and checkout times:
Check in during regular Business Hours
                                          Check-out:Dogs must check-out before 12pm to avoid late fee.

FOUND provides bedding, toys and bowls for all the dogs in our care. Keep personal bedding at home.

Rates & Details

Regular Boarding Rate - $75.00 per night
Special Housing Requirement - $85.00 per night

Socialization and Exercise is included daily for dogs using our boarding service. Your dog will be a part of our Daycare 2.0 program during their stay.


  • Feeding & Medication

    • Owners are encouraged to bring their own food to prevent any dietary issues. However, if food is needed you can purchase food for your dog through our sister store Mojo. 

    • Medication is administered at no cost to the owner. For dogs needing medical injections, please let us know at time of booking.

  • Potty Schedule

    • Potty training is important. Puppies or young adults currently in the process of following a potty schedule can continue their schedule with us at no cost.

Additional Services

Treadmill, Walks & Grooming

  • Grooming & Bathing Services – Pricing for baths and full-grooms are different for every dog. Specialty shampoos and treatments are also available!

  • Treadmill Sessions –  Have a high energy dog and daycare isn’t enough? A treadmill workout may help! We teach dogs to use treadmills regularly for training. We are happy to extend that service to our daycare patrons as an extra energy outlet. 15-Minute Routine.

    • $20.00 / 15min.

  • Nature Walks - Northcenter is a beautiful neighborhood with two great parks and local trails. Schedule additional walks.

    • $25.00 / 30min.

Fees & Requirements

Accommodating Your Lifestyle

Cancellation Policy : While we understand that plans change, should you need to cancel an existing boarding reservation we require at least 72 hours notice.  We will require all clients to provide a credit card to be kept on file. Should you fail to provide notice of cancellation we will charge your credit card a fee of $75.00 equivalent to 1 night of boarding.

 

Late Pick-Up Fee : All boarding pets under our care receive complementary dog socialization or individual playtime the morning of check-out.  Please note there is a $25.00 late pick-up fee for any pets departing after 12pm on their scheduled check out date. Late Pick-up fees are waived on Sundays.

 

Winter Holiday Reservation Deposit: Any boarding reservations falling over Thanksgiving or Christmas require a deposit of 25% of the reservation total due at the time of reservation confirmation.

Vaccinations
All Dogs are required to have the following vaccinations and tests before coming in for any service at Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center.

  • Bordetella

  • Rabies

  • Distemper with Leptospirosis

  • Clear Fecal Exam (Negative for Ova/Parasites)

 

We also accept titer tests as substitute for vaccines for dogs who are allergic to specific vaccinations.
